Candy Cars inside are from 2001. So, I wouldn't recommend eating them.
The Winston Cup Winner's Circle car states only to be used by 21 years of age and up.
I figure if you can join a branch of the military at 17-years old and serve your country you
can open up this car and enjoy it.
Cars have never been open, played with or candy cars missing. Boxes are in good to very good shape.

These are vintage.... 2001 & 2003...so that candy in the clear car is olllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllld!
