This 1992 reunion effort by the Prog Rock masters came 14 years after their previous effort, the much-maligned "Love Beach". It was greeted tepidly by the rock press and former fans alike, but the years have been kind and a current listening may surprise with its quality. Yes, tracks like the titular "Black Moon", and "Paper Blood" seem a bit like the band is trying too hard for a radio hit, but "Changing States" and "Burning Bridges" recall much of the band's old magic, while "Romeo and Juliet" is as worthy an attempt at progification of a classical piece as their old "Fanfare for the Modern Man", or "Hoedown". This is the original CD release of the album from 1992. Very good pre-owned condtion, disc plays like new, inserts and jewel case fine. Pics show
