Our bacteriostatic filter has a cartridge that purified water in five (6) stages. Water passes through:
A. 1- micron range sediment removal membrane.
B. K.D.F. (US Patent 4,642,192) High purity alloy which has been tested to remove chlorine heavy metals, lead, mercury, arsenic; also control the growth of algae, fungus and bacterias.
C. 1-micron range sediment removal membrane.
D. Anti-turbulence channeling device (Patent Pending).
E. Organic Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon high efficiency to remove chlorine, other chemicals in tap water, radon and other organic and inorganic compounds, odors, colors and flavors.
F. Organic Coconut Shell Activated Carbon impregnated with silver, inhibits the growth of bacteria and virus within the unit, (EPA Registration #65804-1) high efficiency to remove chlorinated compounds such as pesticides, and dissolve organic materials found in drinking supply.
G. 1-micron range sediment removal membrane.
H. PH Alkaline filter; increase the ph 8 to 9 when water pass through the system.
