Buyer’s Responsibility for Reporting Damaged Items:
 
  Buyer must report within 48 hours of receipt of items being received in order to make claim for damage goods to seller.  Buyer also must take photos of any items reported damaged and must notify seller of such damage and forward such proof.  Buyer must retain all original packing material and submit item for review by third parties to make claims for damaged items and any applicable refunds.  Failure to keep items for review for seller’s insurance claim or notify seller of any loss within these guidelines will forfeit rights of buyer to seek refunds for damaged goods received.
 
I have a disclaimer written below and would ask that you please read it. It is due to the very few who have attempted to buy my items and claim damaged upon receipt, returning their broken ones only to find out I knew and had documented all pieces to ensure this does not occur and have won every case. 
 
For those of you who are serious buyers, you will not be disappointed in my products. I stand by what I sell and my feedbacks supports that.
 
 
Please read the following guidelines that I use:
 
On all used items there will be a indiscreet identification marking and kept in my files. This is done to prevent fraud.
I keep records of all serial numbers for that same reason above. Photos are also taken of any and all identifications to an item for my records. Please be aware that my home is a non-smoking home and that I buy items from other sources that may have smokers. If you are highly allergic please don't bid on my products as I can't guaranttee items to smell like roses :-)
 
Serious Bidders only. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through on your purchase.
For any reason you are not satisfied, we encourage you to please contact us first and we will try to resolve any issues.
Zero rated bidders or bidders with negative feedback for non-payment must contact me prior to their bids or their bids will be canceled.
 
Be sure to ask any questions before bidding. Due to time restraints questions asked just before auction ends may not be answered in time for you to bid. Please ask your questions well before end of auction to ensure you get an answer before listing ends
 
Payment
Payment is required within 3 days of the auctions end date. Ebay automatically sends out a non payer email to remind you of payment due.
 
Return Policy
All items are sold AS IS unless otherwise specified.
We will accept returns for a full refund (less all shipping charges) ONLY if it was grossly misrepresented in the auction.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
 
INTERNATIONAL
International customers are responsible for any and all import / tax / duty / shipping charges.
Item return shipping charges are buyers responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country for legal, political or economic reasons.
 
Shipping
We can't control the shipping time of the carriers. Please contact us if there is a problem as we usually ship out on the next business day. We charge almost exactly what the Carriers charge for shipping and it is always listed in my auctions so you are not surprised at what the cost might be. We strive for the best!
