Igluu offers premium quality meal prep food containers that allow you to prepare / batch-cook healthy, portion-controlled meals in advance. Our meal prep containers are perfect for keeping food fresh in the fridge, freezer or lunch bag, and are also reusable, BPA-free non-toxic and reduce food wastage, which means you can be confident that you are doing your part for the environment.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned within 30 days. If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method). However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.

 

All items returned to us for a refund or exchange MUST be returned in pristine saleable condition, with original packaging intact. If an item is returned to us and is found not to be in a saleable condition or is outside of our 30 day returns period, the item will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hair. 

 

In the event that you receive an item which is not as described, damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order to quickly rectify the situation. We will provide you with a Royal Mail returns label to return the faulty items free of charge, and issue a replacement item via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. 

 

To make use of the free returns facility for faulty / damaged goods, you must follow eBay's returns process: 

 

1. In "My eBay" click on "Purchase History" on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Find the order / item you would like to return, and click on the "More Actions" drop down menu on the right hand side of the order.

3. Select "Return this Item".

4. As the eBay returns process begins, you will be asked to confirm the reason for your return, and also given the opportunity to leave us a message and / or photographic evidence of any faults. To complete the process, click on "Request a return".

5. All information will be passed to us, and we will respond / authorise your return within 48 hours, and send you a free returns label. 

 

If you have simply changed your mind, or do not like the item you have purchased, again you must follow eBay's returns process, where you can opt to purchase your own returns label through Paypal and send the item back to us through a tracked service:

2. Find the order / item you would like to return, and click on the "More Actions" drop down menu on the right hand side of the order.

3. Select "Return this Item".

5. All information will be passed to us, and we will respond / authorise your return within 48 hours. You will then be given the opportunity to buy a returns label online, or enter your own tracking number if you choose to send the item back via an alternative method. 

 

Please do not send any items back to us using any addresses on your order / dispatch note or order packaging. All returns are processed at a unique address, so require a returns label provided by us. By sending back your item to an unauthorized address, there is a chance it will be lost and any refund could be severely delayed.

Free UK Delivery, Monday - Friday, except bank holidays.

 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

 

Please allow 3 working days for your delivery.

 

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, to arrive with UK customers within 3 working days. Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, in particular Christmas and New Year.

 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

A: Yes, we offer a 30 day returns policy. 

 

Q: I have received an incorrect or an incomplete order, what do I do?

A: Please contact us via eBay messaging within 48hrs of receiving your order so that we can investigate and correct any errors. 

 

Q: I don't have a PayPal account; can I pay via another method?

A: Unfortunately, we can only accept payment via PayPal. Please do not send us payment through the post as this will not be accepted. 

 

Q: I received an email stating that a PayPal refund has been made to my account, yet the credit is not appearing on my PayPal account, is there a problem?

A: Refunds can take a few hours to show in your PayPal account, please allow ample time for the monies to appear. 

 

Q: Can I have my order delivered to another address?

A: If you require the item to be sent to another address, we suggest that you add that address to your PayPal account and choose it as the "deliver to address" at the payment stage. We can't change the delivery address after your order has been placed. 

 

Q: Can I pick my order up from you?

A: We sell online only. We don't currently offer the option to collect in person.
