Remove glass lamp from rubber boot, insert new lamp, bend legs like old lamp had and install on panel polarity no matter. For METER lamps- (2)Smaller lamps --This is ac/dc voltage lamp , flip it over 180 degree if does not lights up-(Shorter wire is neg. & longer wire is pos.)
