This is a wall hanging, decorative plate. 

It measures 8 1/2" in diameter.

 On its back it is stamped with the Sarreguemines and U & C overlay mark.

 There is a small chip on the back of the plate, near the pitcher on the lower right side. 

Other than the chip, the plate is in good condition for its age.
