Why buy from Zaustworx?

We manufacture all our own exhausts in the UK.

We don't use cheap 201 grade stainless steel. All our products are made with 304 grade stainless steel.

Payment Terms

We accept PayPal and cash on collection from our UK premises by appointment.

Payment is expected immediately after the product is bought so please contact us if there will be a delay.  

We adhere to all eBay policies regarding non payment from eBay bidders.

Shipping and Delivery Information

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you supply the correct delivery address and there is somebody present to sign for your parcel.

Missing or lost parcels MUST be reported to us within 7 days from expected delivery date or claims can not be processed (these are the couriers terms and conditions, not ours).

All products listed are in stock and available for immediate shipment from our UK premises unless otherwise stated in the description above.

Goods are made ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Friday except holidays.

UK Deliveries are made by courier or for smaller parcels, Royal Mail. We reserve the right to decide which delivery company to use depending on the weight and dimensions of the product bought.

UK Deliveries can take up to 7 days if the delivery company is experiencing problems. We have no control over this, but please contact us immediately if goods have not arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate any longer than usual delays.

European Deliveries are also made by courier depending on the best rate offered at the time of purchase based on destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. For all European sales, please contact us for a carriage price before placing a bid.

We may be able to combine shipping costs so please email us with details of the products you wish to combine. Courier prices stated are normally for weights up to 20kg.

Please ensure that someone is present to take receipt of the goods at the address given. If no one is present for receipt we may be forced to pay a re-delivery fee by the courier service which in turn we have to pass on to you. 

Refund Policy

If your item is delivered faulty or damaged, you can expect a full refund or replacement providing you send the item back within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us first and explain the problem in detail as we may be able to provide solutions over the phone without further issue.

DO NOT start a return or dispute without contacting us first, most problems can be very easily rectified.

If you buy the wrong part, do not start a return with "does not fit". This damages our account and is the incorrect return reason, "ordered by mistake" or "changed mind" is the correct return reason and will not damage our account.

We will reply to all messages as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours during normal business hours.

Please don't ask us for contact or location information through eBay messages, it is against eBay policies for us to give contact information.

Unfortunately eBay keeps displaying an obsolete mobile number on some of the listings, that is no longer used for the business.
