"Milinks EL driver" that has both high input resistance and high acoustic performance
Acoustune is a brand based on its own dynamic driver, and uses the polymer biomaterial "Milinks" used for artificial skin and surgical sutures as the diaphragm material. Although it is a synthetic base material for medical use, it is a high-performance resin that boasts extremely high acoustic performance as a diaphragm material. The diaphragm, which is made by thinning Milinks and optimized for the driver structure, has high strength and flexibility while being lightweight, and plays music with high resolution and wide dynamic range with excellent transient characteristics. RS ONE, which was designed as a stage monitor, has developed a new "Milinks EL driver" for RS ONE by utilizing the know-how of this Milinks driver. The Milinks EL driver is a driver for more accurate monitoring than the normal Milinks driver. The material used for the Milinks EL driver is an ultra-high-performance resin that is lightweight, extremely rigid, has a large internal loss, and boasts extremely excellent acoustic performance, even though it is used for medical purposes. Due to the large internal loss, unnecessary incidental noise is reduced and monitoring performance is improved. In addition, in order to make the best use of this Milinks EL driver, by securing a large back cavity on the back of the diaphragm and keeping a distance from the diaphragm to the grill, after a signal of up to 250 mW (*) is instantaneously input. However, it has achieved high input resistance that can be used normally. As a result, even if there is a sudden large input such as howling on the stage, the earphone speaker gains robustness that is hard to break. Due to the large stroke width of the diaphragm, the sound has a live feeling just like a loudspeaker, but the accuracy of the earphones coexists, realizing excellent monitoring on the stage.

Highly robust body that is resistant to shock, heat and sweat
We have realized a highly robust body by thoroughly researching the fragile parts of the earphones by conducting market research with as few parts as possible. The housing consists of two parts and is made of polycarbonate, which has excellent impact resistance, weather resistance, and heat resistance. By reducing the number of parts as much as possible and increasing the rigidity of each part in a simple manner, the risk of failure is greatly reduced even in a harsh environment. The face plate part plays a role in increasing the rigidity of the body while giving an identity as an earmoni. In addition, the compact body has been tailored to a housing design that can be widely used by anyone.
Impedance design that matches the wireless earphone system
Stage monitors are primarily used in combination with wireless earphone systems. If the impedance of this earphone system and the earphone do not match, it may be difficult to obtain the volume, or the characteristics of the earphone may change and the monitoring performance may deteriorate. In RS ONE, in order to avoid such troubles, impedance matching is performed accurately to thoroughly reduce compatibility problems with the earphone system.
Adoption of newly developed cables "ARM011" and "Pentaconn Ear Long-Type"
"ARM011" newly developed for RS ONE is adopted for the cable. A wire material woven with high-purity litz wire and Kevlar wire is used in a 4-core structure, and a PU material coating is used to improve maneuverability. By twisting this, we have realized a tough cable that is supple, easy to handle, hard to get habits, and hard to break. Considering compatibility with the use of the earphone system, the straight type is selected for the plug part. In addition, the new IEM connector "Pentaconn Ear" connector, which is designed and produced by Nippon Dics Co., Ltd. and boasts high sound quality and high reliability, is used. Compared to the conventional MMCX connector, the plug part and the jack part are in closer contact, the conduction performance is excellent, and both ease of attachment and detachment and robustness are realized. Furthermore, RS ONE adopts "Pentaconn Ear Long-Type", which is a structure that is embedded in the body and prevents sweat from entering the connector part, as an important measure against sweat as a stage monitor. Compared to other connectors, it reduces the risk of wear due to attachment / detachment and use, contact failure due to sweat, and reduces accidents in the professional field environment. In addition, the structure is suitable for live environments because the cable can be easily attached and detached even if the wire is broken.
AET earpiece for high fitting and acoustic experience
