The Chef's Knife is an active participant in many kitchen tasks, makes food prepping pleasurable, and is part of every professional and home cook’s basic equipment. The half bolster, the junction between handle and blade, reduces the weight of the knife, making it easier to handle. It also allows the entire blade to be sharpened more easily.
CLASSIC IKON knives feature a distinctive, double bolster design for professional-style heft, exceptional balance and beauty. The handle is made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The elegant shape of the handle is designed for a comfortable grip.

The lens has been removed when it is not part of your purchase. Most manufactures do not include a paper manual. A pdf manual will be provided upon request.

In the event of return: Make sure to keep all packaging of you box including bubble wraps, plastic bags and tie twist. Pack up the equipment, the way your received it. No fingerprints or dust should be visible on equipment. Batteries, chargers and straps as well as other accessories should be packed up in its original plastic bags and wrappers and neatly arranged as manufacturer packaging. Do not write or stick anything onto the manufacturer packaging.
