Inside lies the new Adaptive Cushioning System (ACS). It automatically adjusts the cylinder cushioning for changing loads, so manual cushion screw setting is not required, removing the need for specialist knowledge.

Conforming to ISO standard 15552, it is available in 32-125mm sizes, has a lower breakaway pressure, reduced minimum speed and is up to 20% lighter than previous ISO cylinders. IMI Norgren's range of ISO linear actuators also conform to the l as well as the previous ISO 6341, VDMA 24562 & NFE 49-003-01 standards. The IMI Norgren range is available in both profile and tie-rod options giving complete interchangeability with other manufacturers whilst still offering advantages over our competitors.
