I'm not a professional grader.  

Review the provided photo's.  

The corner's, surface, edges, centering are some of the areas to review to determine the card grading.

Shipping:

          Non graded cards $1.95 first card additional cards $.075

  Graded cards $3.95 first card additional cards $1.25

Sets if Cards will ship at the lowest shipping rate I can find

No international shipments

Returns:

No returns unless seller agrees on the misunderstanding, buyer will pay for shipping
