Unsnap the chest buckles and loosen all the straps.

Slide the neck opening over your dog's head, with the handle facing up on the back.

Arrange the bottom straps between your dog's two front legs, under the belly.

After properly position the harness on your dog's body, clasp the straps using the two side buckles.

You should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and any part of your dog's body.
