Milk Bucket

The milk bucket is made of 304 stainless steel materials and has the volume of 25L. More milk can quickly flow into the milk bucket to be stored, the contact between the milk and pollutants is reduced, and the hygienic quality of milk can be well ensured. The stainless steel bucket is resistant to corrosion and rust and clean to clean and maintain.

Trolley

The whole trolley is also made of stainless steel and equipped with two handles and two moving wheels so that the trolley can be lifted and moved easily and conveniently, the user can freely push the milking machine to the appointed position, labor is greatly saved, and operability is greatly enhanced.

Vacuum Pump

As the core power source of the milking system, the vacuum pump provides the stable vacuum negative pressure for the milking machine so that the milking cup set can effectively suck milk out. It has a direct influence on the milking efficiency, the comfort of cows and goats and the milk hygiene quality. The system cleanliness can be well kept.
 

Pulsator

 
As a core part of the milking system, the pulsator can control the milking cup set to conduct rhythmic extrusion motions, simulate the natural sucking motion, thereby squeezing milk efficiently and safely. The breast health of dairy cows and goats can be well protected, and the milking efficiency can be improved.
 

Pressure Relief Valve

 
The pressure relief valve can achieve the pressure control to keep the system safety pressure, and conduct pressure relief to prevent the damage to the milking machine, thereby ensuring the safety performance of the milking machine and protecting the personal safety of the user.
 

Vacuum Gauge

The operating vacuum degree should be 0.035MPA. The vacuum gauge is used for showing the vacuum pressure value in the milking process in real time, thereby ensuring the milking machine can run within the normal parameter range safely and efficiently. It can monitor the vacuum pressure and facilitate fault diagnosis if the pressure value is not stable.

Milking Cup Sets

Two different milking cup sets are provided for cows and goats correspondingly and can simulate the natural sucking motions to squeeze milk safely, efficiently and comfortably. The high-quality comfortable materials can improve the comfort of dairy cows and goats and reduce the pollution risk, and the milking process can be well accomplished.

Control Switch

The control switch can be used for starting and stopping the milking machine, operation is easy and quick, and the control effect is good. The milking operation can be controlled and conducted through the control switch, and the using effect is excellent.
 

Cleaning Brushes

Three cleaning brushes are offered to the user, different parts can be cleaned thoroughly and correspondingly, the cleanliness of the milking machine can be effectively ensured, and the milk quality can be guaranteed further.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All   returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in  new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the  shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items,  depending on the condition.
▲ Items   returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be   covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted  from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be  charged. 
▲ Returns   that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a  full  refund of the item as well as shipping charges

Defective & Damaged Products
