We offer a wide range of payment methods, please click on the "Shipping and payments" tab above to view all options. We take payment at the time we receive your order. If stock is unavailable, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed for your purchase.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to United States customers.

All orders placed by 12 PM PST will ship out the same business day. If the order is placed after 12PM PST or during the weekend/holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

Our customer's should typically receive their order within 3-4 days after purchase. However, there can be delays with the carrier so the delivery date is not guaranteed.

Should your order be taking longer than expected, please reach out to us via eBay messages and our representatives will be able to further assist you.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority, If within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or simply purchased the wrong part, you can request a return through eBay and a free return label will be provided to you to have the item returned for a refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused & in its original packaging, if these requirements aren't met, then we may need to raise a case with eBay. 

Refunds
Please be advised that a refund will only be processed once the item has been delivered to us per eBay Return Policies.  Refunds will be issued within 2 - 3 business days after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Jeremywell International, Inc. will refund back to your original method of payment.


Exchanges
We don't offer exchange for different items or a different size. The best way is to return you product and place an order for the correct part.
