Saturate them with water, drop your cuttings in the pre-punched holes, keep them moist and wait for rooting. When cuttings are of transplant size, simply cut the individual cubes and transplant.

However, if your item is brand new, unopened / unused, we will accept the item back for a refund of what you paid for the items.
Returns are offered within 30 days and you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee.

We do NOT accept returns of used items, however if the item is not used, brand new in the original packaging we will be happy to process your return. It is the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping the order back to us. If it comes back USED / SMELLS, we will discard the item and no refund or replacement will be given. IMPORTANT to understand this policy as we cannot sell used products to the next customer nor can we have used products of that nature in our shop etc.
