How to use the cattle dehorner:
1. Use ropes and other tools to fix the head of the cattle on a machine with a
fixed function such as a cattle flail
2. Turn on the power, and align the circular cutting hole of the dehorner and
place it on the bull's head.
3. Push the vice handle, the horn can be removed the moment the saw blade cuts,
and the cattle can hardly feel pain
Precautions:
1. Breeding cows (not pregnant or mid-pregnancy) and dairy cows in the late
stage of milk production, in order to avoid abortion and a sharp drop in milk
production, the time should be selected in the season with few mosquitoes and
flies and cool weather to prevent infection
2. During the cutting process, the high-speed rotation and friction of the blade
will generate extremely high temperature, and the capillaries in the keratin
have been scalded, so this method has less bleeding and fast speed. The bleeding
capillaries were scalded with an electric iron to stop the bleeding after the
horn base cut, and then the wound surface should be disinfected with
anti-inflammatory drugs.
3. After removing the horns, fill the horn cavity with sterile cotton. Don't
plug it too tightly. Generally, the wound will naturally grow flat in about two
months. The condition of the cattle should be observed after operation all the
time , and the infection can be found to be dealt with in time
