A maritime watercolour of Portsmouth harbour circa 1895 and by Hampshire marine Artist - Colin M Baxter. It is signed in its front left corner and also signed and fully titled on its reverse -  THE NELSON FLOTILLA ON THE THAMES 16TH SEPT 2005 -  BARGE "JUBILANT" WITH MAYOR OF LONDON AND THE NELSON DISPATCH. It measures 24 cm wide x 7.5 cm high and is mounted in its original frame, measuring 41.5 cm wide x 17.5 cm high. It is in very good condition and is ready to hang. I have similar watercolours listed and will combine postage.
