For this item to work you must remove the pin at the base of the ram which most likely is a tapered pin.
Push the pin out carefully as it will only go one way.
Rotate the RAM 180 degrees to face the primer slot to the rear, install the magnetic primer director into the slot with the ramp facing out. Place it so the ramp jumps primers into the catcher which will sit behind the ram.
You will not be able to prime on the press with the ram rotated, most prime off press these days anyway.
