This PSU was tested by me using 120 V AC in. Measured 48 VDC output. Hooked up to resistive load and measured 4 amps. Did not have large enough resistor to handle more power than that. 

Note: I did not test the fan. This model has a temperature sensor that turns the fan on when needed. I did not have a proper load that would cause the PSU to heat up and therefore turn the fan on so I cannot truthfully say that I know if the fan works or not. You may not return this item if the fan does not work.
