Ital-Cut offers a weekly or fortnightly knife sharpening service, where our drivers visit your location to exchange each knife for a sharp, clean one. Each knife is individually thinned out in a hollow grinder so that a wide edge can be administered with the use of a honing machine. Skilled workers do all this by hand. The knives are then thoroughly sanitised in an industrial dishwasher, so that they can be returned for immediate use.
