This board comes direct from OEM spare or engineering surplus stock. 

Item was not scavenged from a field equipment. It is in perfect cosmetic condition but it was not functionally tested within our facilities.

Board was initially designed to interface with a set of 4 Thorlabs Z806 6mm Travel Stepper Motor Actuator within an
Opto-mechanical laser alignment assembly.
