this is a very nice  pair of EARNEST SEWN brown corduroy  stretchy   jeans, TAG SIZE 27",  measurements: waist about 29.5", rise 7 1/4 ", inseam 30", hem /flare 7" across, hips 19.5  " across,thigh 11 " across, 

100% cotton , the pants are very stretchy

the jeans are in excellent like new condition, very minor signs of wear on backs of the hems
