14K white gold pendant with a teardrop fiery opal approx 1.75ctw surrounded by 13 round brilliant diamonds totaling approximate .40 ctw.   Gold acid tested as 14k.  There are some marking on the bale I can't figure out.   As you can see by the pictures, this opal has beautiful coloring including blue, green, pink, and  orange.  Please see picture 2 for sizing next to ruler.
