Norwegian 830s Silver Very large Fork made by O. I. Hovland.  It is in good used condition and has monograms on the back of the Handle.  It measure 8 1/2" and weighs 56.3 grams.  On the top of the handle it has a animal lover with many lots of animals.  In Norwegian states "Ver God Mod Dyrene" which translates to "Be good to the animals" or "enlist good animals".  On the back of the handle it also has a person's name and a date 30-1-1925.
