This is a vintage original art piece made by local Malverne N.Y. artist Mrs. Evelyn Smith. Art is framed in a wood frame, no glass. Art is of 2 birds and the words: "George... will you look this up in Belknap----" "I told you  it's not in Belknap - it's in Millard!!"  Photos are of this exact item.
