This was the beginning of the end for South Carolina Football....

The team was led by head coach Steve Spurrier, who was in his eleventh year before his resignation on October 12, 2015;co-offensive coordinator Shawn Elliott took over as interim head coach.  They finished the season 3–9, 1–7 in SEC play to finish in seventh place in the East division.

Kentucky hasn't won a road game in more than five years. But the Wildcats knew just what to do when they broke that 22-game streak with a 26-22 win Saturday night at South Carolina.
