Returns Policy:
We will accept goods for a refund if notified in writing via Email within five days of receipt of delivery, provided the goods are in a saleable condition and complete in original packaging, any part(s) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited. Goods are to be returned at the consumer's cost if purchased incorrectly and should be returned via a postal/courier service which obtains a signature upon delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior consent from ROTWEISS. There will be no charge to the customer for items being returned due to an error on our part or in the the event of damage that occurred during transit.
Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found or due to a mistake on the part of the buyer. will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated at 20% of the invoice value capped at £10.00. This handling and restocking charge will be requested or will be deducted from refund total.
All products must be returned in original packaging and unopened if sealed. If the item is a brand new sealed item and has been opened, we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase.
