The tractor is missing paint in patches. The rear wheels are lose on the rim. There is no MFG name. Great for restoration or display as is. 
It is 7" long. The rear tires are 3 1/2" side to side & 3 1/4" high. The front tires are 1" side to side and 1 1/4" high.
