Melrose Organic Sunflower Oil is expeller-pressed to retain valuable nutrients from organically grown sunflower seeds. Due to its naturally high smoke point, it is an ideal oil for high heat cooking including frying and general cooking. Can also be used as a dressing. Melrose Organic Sunflower Oil has a pleasant neutral flavour with a mild, creamy nuttiness.

Directions

When to use this oil? Cooking at high temperatures and to drizzle over salads. Smoke point - high. Can be heated to approximately 250°C.
