This is used  surplus Vaccon RSSV (positive pressure Solid State w/ voltage output) pressure sensor from surplus inventory. Part has screw marks that indicate it was removed from equipment or assembly at some point.

Sensor is analog, outputs a 0-5VDC as a function of input pressure.
