I say rare because there is not another one of these on the internet. This is a 2012 Season Parking Passes for The University Of South Carolina Home Football Games. USC does a really nice job with the parking passes. They are laminated and only one pass is used for the entire season. It does make it difficult to sell your parking pass for an individual game but you should be selling it anyway, should be going.
