Lemon Balm is an herbaceous perennial
plant belonging to the Lamiaceae (mint) family.
It is native to Southern Europe, Central Asia, and Iran. The leaves of Lemon Balm have been and
continue be very popular in herbal medicine for promoting a healthy digestive
and GI system, supporting healthy levels of stress, and general calming effects
when taken.
Lemon Balm contains an abundance
of flavonoids, polyphenols, antioxidants, and tannins which work together to make
the herb so useful and beneficial.
This tincture is formulated with
a 1:5 herb to menstruum ratio using Lemon Balm Leaf grown in Albania.

How
to take it?
