It is extremely rare. This sample set is from the days when color samples were silk-screened. (not computer printed). It's weights about 10lbs.
Set includes the rare and hard to find Historic Colors pack.
This set has been in my storage with other sample books for over 25 years.
It is listed as new but it is technically used. and has some shelf marks.
It is unmolested (no colors missing or cut) and complete.
