Nylon twist lock fastener with an adhesive base to hold wires in place. Fastener sticks to fiberglass, steel, etc and holds wires in place. Just peel the paper off the base and stick fastener in place then put the wire in the opening and twist the top to hold wires in place. Opening size is about 5/16''. Overall height is 1 inch.
