We always try our best to describe items as accurately as possible. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item on the grounds of misdescription, please contact us so we can resolve this.

We offer a 14 day refund policy, but this does not apply to buyers who have viewed the pieces beforehand. We will only take back items which are in the same condition as they were when they left us. Unfortunately, we cannot cover courier or postage costs for returns.

Delivery & Storage:

Items can be collected from our shop in De Beauvoir Town London, which is open from 10am until 6pm Tue to Friday and 11 am to 5 pm on Mon.

If you are unable to collect your item please organise it with a courier asap. Uncollected items may incur a storage fee.
