These resistors are spliced in parallel with the LED bulb to add extra electrical load (power dissipation) to the circuit, thus reducing blinking speed to normal rates.
These are for turn signal blinker circuits ONLY. They are not designed to have current running through them for long periods of time, they will get EXTREMELY hot if you do so. This may cause fire or damage to surrounding components and the resistor itself. ONLY USE ON PULSED TURN SIGNAL SIGNAL / BLINKER CIRCUIT. NOT FOR parking or DRL USE.
