KBA Doormate controller for roller shutters and 4 handsets

The KBA Doormate Controller is a simple control panel designed specifically for all tube motors. It can be .set to work in both an Impulse Up/ Impulse Down or Deadman Up/ Deadman Down setting, depending on customer preference There are Up/Stop/Down controls on the front of the panels.


The Doormate system has the option to be used with a remote control and maximum of 30 handsets can be used with the Easy Fit panel and it is supplied with 2 remotes by default. You can buy addtional remotes and they can either be programmed with the controller or self learning using an existing remote.

For returning your items, our terms are as follows:

- You have a right to cancel within 14 days with a full refund. The buyer must pay for shipping and handling charges.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to send back the item within 30 days for a refund or repair. Please contact us for the return via ebay messaging. No postage will be refunded unless agreed prior to sending the item back

The condition of the returned item must be as it was shipped to you with all the contents including any manuals.
We verify all parcels received. If we find that no due care was provided whilst the item was in your possession, we reserve the right of not providing any refund.


Payment

- We accept PayPal only. In event you do not have a paypal account, you can make payment by credit/debit card on checkout. The payment will be transferred automatically in Paypal.
- We only ship item to your PayPal verified address.
- Payment must be received within 3 days from the date of purchase.


Shipping

- We use Royal mail 1st class and 2nd class tracked for any items dispatched upto 2Kg. Any bulky items more that 2Kg are dispatched using UPS or Hermes
- Our listing price includes the value of goods, packaging cost and export taxes; not including international import duties. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and it is the buyer's responsibility
to check with their local custom authorities.
- Orders received Monday to Friday will usually be despatched next day. Items ordered over the weekend will be despatched the following working day.
