Local Pickup:

Large Items:
Most large items (such as bikes) will be shipped to your nearest depot.

90-Day Parts Warranty

We offer a 90-day parts warranty on our products. Please note the following terms and conditions:

• The warranty does not cover labour or postage costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage expenses incurred during the warranty process.
• We provide free diagnostics and repairs for our products at our discretion. Labour charges may apply, particularly for items not purchased from us. If applicable, the buyer will be fully informed before any work is carried out.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
  • Incorrect use or assembly
  • Accidents or collisions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper or insufficient maintenance
• Buyers must maintain and service the product (e.g., bike) regularly, just as they would with any other vehicle, and this should be done by a qualified professional.
• The warranty is void if the engine has been tampered with or if performance parts have been installed by the customer.

Claims Process:

• If a part or product is damaged or non-functional upon arrival, the buyer must contact us immediately.
• We may request the buyer to send photos or return the faulty part/product for inspection.
• Upon confirming a fault, we will repair or replace the item at no cost for the part itself.
• All postage costs remain the buyer's responsibility. Items cannot be returned via COD (Cash on Delivery)—such shipments will be refused.
• Buyers must contact us before sending any item back under warranty.

Spare Parts:

• All spare parts are available for purchase.
• If a specific part is not in stock, we can order it from our overseas manufacturer upon request.
