  Original Chinese Curry Sauce   

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (100% Rapeseed), Palm Oil, Curry Powder  

(Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Garlic, Salt, Chick Pea, Chilli, Mustard, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Fennel, Star Anise), 

Salt, Water, Monosodium Glutamate, Coconut Cream, Onion Powder, Spice, 

Contains: Wheat Flour & Mustard Seed, May contain traces of Celery or Soya

    Hot & Spicy Curry Sauce   

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Curry Powder (Contains Mustard Seed), 

Salt, Water, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Coconut Cream, Spices, Onion Powder.

Contains: Wheat Flour & Mustard Seed, May contain traces of Celery or Soya

  Preparation and Usage:    

Cooking Instructions: Add 1 part concentrate to 3 - 4 parts water depending on thickness required. 

Dissolve thoroughly, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes stirring continuously. 

The sauce is now ready, it's that easy!! To reduce preparation time use hot water at the initial mixing stage. 

Serving Suggestions: Stir fry some slices of your favourite meats and vegetables, then mix in the ready made sauce.
