The Bosch Blue Line Gen2 Quad PIR Detector (ISC-BPQ2-W12) uses two individual sensors that operate like two PIRs in one detector.Each sensor processes signals separately. Both must activate to generate an alarm signal. This improves false alarm immunity relative to a standard PIR,because false alarm sources such as noise spikes and small animals are ignored.
Quad detectors also provide superior catch performance versus a standard PIR or dual-technology detector. They are particularly well suited for challenging installation situations; for example, cases where cross catch of intruders cannot be guaranteed or where intruders are able to cross the detection pattern very quickly.
The detector intelligently adjusts its sensitivity to maintain its ability to identify human intruders at virtually any temperature.

3. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure address is correct and complete.
5. Please include primary contact number (preferably a mobile number) in your shipping. The courier may need to get in touch with during the delivery of your consignment.
6. Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1 business days. There is no dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays.
7. Please check the contents of your order upon receipt to confirm that all items have arrived as expected. Make sure you notify us of any damage or shortfall in the number of products supplied under an order within 48 hours after receipt of the order unless products are delivered by instalment. Failure to so notify us shall result in the loss of any rights the buyer may have against us for the damage or shortage.

- You will receive our bank account details at the checkout. Please use your eBay ID as a reference. Failure to do so may cause delay in dispatching your order.

- Credit Card payments can't be processed online. However Credit Cards can be used over the phone or in store at pickup.
4. Cash on pick up
- Pick up is available at our Kingsgrove or Dundas offices depending on stock availability. Please make sure you contact us via eBay message or over the phone to book an appointment prior to pick up.

Warranty
- 1. All products manufactured by Bosch Security Systems are covered by a three year return to base warranty on defective parts and or workmanship from original date of sale.
2. Installation by an unqualified person may void the original manufacturer's warranty.
Return
- Returns for replacements will be accepted in cases where an item, or replaceable part thereof, arrives damaged or defective, or where the item/part fails in its intended use during the manufacturer’s coverage period. In these cases, we will reimburse you for the cost of return postage using our nominated carrier and shipping method only. We ask for your full cooperation during any troubleshooting phase as we find that many user issues can be resolved with a little guidance through installation and/or programming of the equipment.
