Attach the flower with the reed stick or rope and soak it into your favorite home fragrance oil. Return Policy

• In case the item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, the customer can return it for a refund within 30 days after receiving the item. 
• In case the customer wants to cancel the order after it has been shipped. When the package arrives, please DO NOT ACCEPT the package to let it return back without paying additional return shipping cost. When the order tracking status is returning to the sender. We will issue a partial refund by deducting the existed shipping cost. (The pricing is a flat rate which is included  shipping cost)
• The shipping service needs a recipient's signature. In case of attempt delivery and package returned back to us, we will issue a partial refund by deducting the existed shipping cost.
