This is for a designer Helmut Lang, black overlap skirt size 10. Fabric satin viscose twill. Waist is about 30 inches. Skirt is about 40 inches long with slit down side which is covered by fabric underneath - as seen in the third, fourth and fifth pictures. Slit measures about 36 inches long.
