This Sturdy removable storage shelf has been designed to fit in the rear Renault Trafic and Vauxhall Vivaro vans that have been fitted with plywood wheel arch boxes.

This shelf is ideal for people who require maximum floor space in their van but also need somewhere to store tools etc. and can easily be lifted out if needed.

The shelf consists of 18mm plywood sides and ends and a 9mm plywood base.

The shelf is sent out in flat pack form to save on delivery costs and simply slots together using mortice and tennon joints, and then secured together with the supplied screws.
This shelf can be built in less than 10 minutes using a cordless screwdriver.
