This are new, never been installed. Your getting the complete set, meaning your getting the down light plus the frame. YES, there are 2 fixtures in the box so that is what you will receive. These have a white trim around the bulb. Comes with the bulbs and they do work. I have tested them to make sure. The boxes they are in may show some wear.  NO screws are included in this listing.
