As from 16-5-2018 we no longer offer First Class delivery as default.
We offer Second Class as our default postage.
First class can be selected for an extra fee of £1.00
Next Day delivery before 1PM can be selected for an extra fee of £8.99

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective or not as described and you would like to return it, then it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your goods. This will enable us to rectify any issues.
Any notification of discrepancies we receive after 30 days will not be covered by our returns policy.
Please clean this product before use, as there may be remnants from the production process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is free of any internal substances. We do not accept responsibility for this.

Each item is made using genuine items, meaning some pieces may arrive with natural dents or scratches. While we take care in our process, some sharp edges may occur during production. Please handle your item with caution and inspect it upon receipt. The seller is not liable for any injuries; all responsibility for safe handling rests with the buyer.
