Sandalwood
This alluring, lush fragrance oil packs a musky, woody bouquet, and beautifully complements our range of scents. This oil is ideal for the beardsman seeking a warm masculine scent.

About Us

Who knew back then that a challenge to grow a mo for charity would lead to one of the most entrepreneurial success stories in facial grooming? That’s exactly how this story begins. Meet Keval, Kunal and Savan - the Mo Bro’s: a team of three brothers competing to grow facial hair for Movember.

However, it wasn’t long before their names changed to Itchy, Patchy and Scratchy as they realised this wasn’t an easy challenge. Keval’s beard grew wild and thick and needed taming. Kunal’s beard was uncomfortably itchy as the hair began to grow and Savan’s beard was growing fast, but frustratingly, only in patches.

Very few products were on the market that could tailor to their needs. They searched the land and web for high-quality grooming companies at affordable prices. Ones that not only sold them a winning formula but one that gave them grooming advice step-by-step as they grew their beards. But there was no-one to turn to and no big brother out there to hold their hand. So, the brothers decided to create their own remedies and began sourcing ingredients to cure their problems.

And in 2014 Mo Bro’s was born...

The brotherhood of grooming opened its doors to welcome in its bearded bros and help them solve their bearded problems with British ingredients (swapping a stiff upper lip for a fun facial grooming routine).

Since that fateful day the Mo Bro’s have helped over 250,000 bearded brothers across the globe, delivering their products to over 78 different countries– leaving no stone unturned on their quest to help bros (like you) grow a better beard. They’ve created high quality products for everyday use at affordable prices. They’re dedicated to sourcing the best ingredients wherever possible that are natural, ethical, from sustainable sources, and most importantly that care for your skin as well as your hair.

Shipping

Our business days are classed as Monday to Friday. E.g. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be dispatched until the following Monday.

Please allow for 1-2 working days for order processing and dispatch.

If you are not at home between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery to your work address or a neighbour’s address. If we do deliver to you at home and no one is in, our couriers may leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.

Mo Bro’s does not recommend customers to leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address. Should the customer wish to proceed with this option, Mo Bro’s will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Shipping within the UK via Royal Mail usually takes 1-3 working days but this can be extended during busy hours. Next day delivery option is available if the order is placed before 2.00pm GMT.

Shipping to European countries usually takes 3-10 working days dependant on country and customs policies. Fast Tracked delivery is available at an additional cost.

Shipping to Worldwide Countries such as USA, Australia, Canada & India usually takes from 3-10 working days but please allow for extra time for any customs hold up. Fast Track delivery is available at an additional cost.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund. However, there are a few rules we ask you to adhere to.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please open a returns case via my eBay so we can keep you up to date at all times via the same platform.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your refund yet, we ask you to kindly check your bank account again. We would then recommend contacting your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, we recommend contacting your bank; we often find there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at via ebay messages and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Damages:

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that message us with an attached image of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we recieve the image we will look into the matter further and be in touch within 24 hours.

Shipping & Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £20, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are unable to process a refund or exchange if we have not received the item back.
