	You can't leave cooling water in laser tube after power off, it will freeze at Cold areas. Optimum working water temperature is 15-35 degrees. working lifetime up to 3000-4500 hours (According to the water temperature, continuous workload, the use of laser intensity and other aspects to determine) The Laser tube after generally work 3-4 hours should to pause for about 30 minutes. Low power can extend the life of the tube.

Warranty time: 1 monthes No Warranty for human improper operation,like impact force,work without water circulation,freezing crack. Attention: Laser tube is consumable during operation ,and it's service life is limited.So we don't give a refund if laser tube has been used. 1. Please open the package to confirm the Laser tube without damaged in front of the deliverer,befor you sign the items. 2. If the Laser tube get any problem, please DO NOT sign for it and refuse to accept,then notice us by email. 3. We will resend another Laser tube to you when the tube was broken in transportation. 4. if you sign for the package, we default the tube is successfully delivered, we will not take any responsibility for the Laser tube.

▲ Default   shipping cost or free shipping service is only for the lower 48 United States by UPS Ground or USPS. Other areas or needs other shipping ways, please contact us.
▲ Buyers   from Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other countries/areas, there   WILL be extra shipping costs, please contact us for more detailed information.
▲ Please   make sure your address is valid for both UPS and USPS services. Any costs incurred because of incorrect or undeliverable address should be undertaken by buyer.

Handling Time: Shipping is usually made in 1-3 business days after payments cleared. Orders are processed from Monday-Friday; Not on the weekends & public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All   returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.

Defective & Damaged Products

▲ Replacement   or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
