All NON personalised items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price
PERSONALISED items will only be refunded if i have made a spelling error as mistakes can sometimes happen
The item must be returned to us in the condition you received it in
and in appropriate packaging
we are UNABLE to refund return postage costs for NON personalised items

APPLICATION
to achieve the best application of your decal please make sure the item you are using ie wine bottle , picture frame is totally free of dust and grease
all decals are provided with clear application tape which you need to peel away from the backing paper making sure ALL of the decal is attached place the decal into position and give it a good rub over with either a credit type card or your fingers then simply peel away the clear transfer tape

Which you simply peel the decal from the backing paper position and rub the air from the centre out then remove the clear application tape
Once applied the glass is hand wash only
RETURNS are accepted for damaged items within 14 days and buyer pays for return postage
