Givenchy Paris Wool Blend Stretch Black Pencil Pleat Ruffle Skirt Size 44 M/8.  The left side at the hem has a neat pleating and a 5" slit, the right side has a ruffle detail at the hem.  Fully lined, no pockets, hidden zipper closure on the left side.  The lining has section in the middle that has some snags (see pic), other than that it's in very good condition!

Length from waist to hem = 22"
